The Team at Mosaica @ the factory

Steve began his culinary life in 2005 at “The Pumphouse” when he was taken on by the eccentric Johnnie Mountain.

Slaving on and off with him and the team he worked his way up the ranks until cooking was all he knew.

Now he’s a twenty something head chef and restaurant owner from “Nam” serving Goode food in N22! More information about Steve can be found at his website

Michael Hendrickse

Michael is Mosaica’s official food taster / butchers dog who finds time between meals to run the front of house operations.

Michael is also a qualified sound engineer and musician and can be found on his nights off playing gig’s to some old friends in a dodgy pub in Camden.

These experiences come in handy when needing to shout an order to a busy (and noisy!) kitchen.

The Team

Most of our front of house staff are Mount View Theatre School students and therefore service standards are at the highest British levels. Mosaica kitchen prefers to take on young apprentices with bags of enthusiasm to be moulded to the quality standards that we require.
